4C Health Honors BraunAbility as Behavioral Health Champion – Business Champion of the Year 2025

Braun Award 2025 4C Health

Pulaski County, IN – As part of its 50th anniversary celebration in Pulaski County, 4C Health proudly presented BraunAbility with the Behavioral Health Champion – Business Champion of the Year 2025 award. This recognition highlights BraunAbility’s continued investment in the behavioral wellness of its workforce and its commitment to fostering a mentally healthy workplace.

Over the years, BraunAbility has demonstrated exemplary leadership by not only ensuring on-site access to behavioral health services for employees but also by investing in vital mental health training. Staff members have completed both QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programs, equipping them with the tools to support one another and respond effectively to mental health concerns in the workplace.

“This award recognizes a partner who understands that workforce wellness is essential to a thriving business,” said Dr. Carrie Cadwell, CEO of 4C Health. “BraunAbility continues to set a standard in supporting their team’s mental health and creating a workplace culture rooted in care and prevention.”

Becky Kroft, Medical Services Manager of BraunAbility states, “We are honored to receive this recognition and to bring these support services to BraunAbility. We sincerely appreciate our partnership and look forward to more years of working with 4C to continue the efforts to bring mental health services that support our employees through personal challenges and help them be successful for both our organization and our community. Thank you to 4C for the continued dedication in making this happen!”

This meaningful presentation coincided with a special milestone for 4C Health as well: the recent purchase of the Curtis Building in Winamac at 2418 Curtis Drive, establishing a permanent home for services in Pulaski County. After five decades of behavioral health service, this move marks not just a celebration of years, but a deepened, long-term commitment and expansion to the Pulaski County community.

4C Health will continue recognizing Behavioral Health Champions across the region throughout the year as part of its golden anniversary celebrations.
